At this appointment we will want to know you. Here you are not just a dental patient; you are a person who needs to feel safe and assured. We believe thoughtfulness and sensitivity by us ensures trust and acceptance by you.

Because of this, Dr Quah-Shepherd will discuss your diet, look at your saliva quality, check your teeth and most importantly, check the health of your gums. If necessary a small film of a particular tooth or teeth may be taken.

The results would then be explained to you in terms that are easy to understand (for those not familiar with dental/medical terminology) and Dr Quah-Shepherd will then recommend the best course of treatment to be followed.
